    Title: Head of Talent Development

    Reporting to: People Director

    Location: Central London (2 days on site, 3 days remote)

    Salary : c.£65,858 + benefits

    Investigo are proud to be partnering with Médecins Sans Frontières UK on the recruitment of three new opportunities within their redesigned People directorate.

    HR is one of the functions which enables the organisation to fulfil its vital mission all over the world. The Head of Talent Development role provides you with the opportunity to support this mission through your everyday work and form part of a changing People function aiming for excellence.

    Context

    As a key member of the senior People team, the Head of Talent Development will implement talent management strategies and initiatives to attract, develop and retain a talented workforce. In the creation of a talent strategy, you will improve organisational performance and drive a culture of continuous learning in your colleagues.

    Managing a team of 2, you will lead on key initiatives such as talent development, succession planning and employer branding. As well as designing approaches to workforce planning and training programmes, you will develop analytics to identify trends whilst embedding equity, diversity and inclusion in all of your team's work.

    To succeed in this role you will need a strong understanding of best practice in talent management, including talent acquisition, development, workforce planning, performance management and retention.

    You will have exceptional project management skills and the ability to use data both to inform decision-making and to drive continuous improvement.
