    Programmatic User Acquisition Lead | global apps

    Experience :
    High level of experience using DSPs and advertising platforms to generate installs for iOS and Android apps

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programmatic User Acquisition Lead to join the team of one of the world's finest sports betting and media brands where you will manage client campaigns from conception to completion, developing strategies, overseeing campaign execution, and analysing performance to deliver insightful reports to their global clients.

    Develop and manage user acquisition (UA) strategies for multiple applications across various geographic regions.
    Implement these strategies on different DSPs and advertising platforms using display, video, and CTV inventory.
    Adhere to best practices for viewability and brand safety.

    This role is hands-on but also offers the potential to lead and develop a team and coach junior members in the future.

    Extensive experience with DSPs and advertising platforms, specifically in generating installs for iOS and Android apps.
    Proven track record in planning and implementing effective strategies that yield results.
    Familiarity with display, video, and CTV inventory and optimisation for both VTA and CTA.
    Expertise in ensuring ads are targeted correctly by geography and adhering to brand safety and viewability standards.
    Experience with exclusion and inclusion lists, audience segmentation, re-targeting, and lookalike strategies.
    Ability to multitask and prioritise projects effectively.
    Capable of supporting the account team with comprehensive client reports, status updates, and presentations.
