    Technology M&A - Manager

    Location: London

    Type: Permanent

    Salary: £80,000 - £90,000

    Overview:

    A global management consultancy is looking for a Manager to join its Technology M&A team in London, to work on Technology Due Diligence engagements.

    As part of this company you will get the chance to fast-track your career within a dynamic environment, through a wide variety of challenging Technology M&A projects for top-tier clients, including leading Private Equity firms, family offices, corporates, and strategic investors.

    You will become a part of a small but highly skilled and driven team that supports your having a great work-life balance, working on both local and international engagements, applying your business, management and technical skills across the M&A transaction lifecycle

    In this role you will be involved in:


    • Leading Technology Due Diligence engagements


    • Supporting clients with Tech financials, including assessing IT Opex/Capex, synergy assessment, IT Carve-out costing, benchmarking, and cost estimations


    • Driving sales in the London Private Equity and Corporate markets


    • Supporting leadership in building proposals and sales pitches


    • Practice development and team mentoring


    • Work closely with our Europe-wide teams across a wide variety of industries


    • Assist in developing and executing the firms' M&A strategy

    For this managerial role you will need to have:


    • Strong experience in M&A advisory role


    • Hands-on experience of leading technology due diligence


    • Have a solid technology background


    • Have experience working on Business Development and Sales propositions


    • Degree educated

    Candidates with a strong technology background with Computer Science or Software Engineering degree but have expanded into Mergers & Acquisitions consulting space are highly desirable.

    Package details:


    • £80,000 - £90,000 salary
