    Job Description

    Position: Data Sales Associate

    Location: London, Hybrid

    Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 DOE

    Our client is a leading global fintech company that provides SaaS research systems and data to professionals working with economic and financial data. Our global reach spans from Hong Kong, New York, and London to our global HQ in Sweden. They're backed by leading investors and are now looking to expand their team as they obtain further market share.

    With their recent growth, they are now seeking a Data Sales Associate to join the team. So ideally you will be a data feed implementation specialist. Proficient in Python and SQL, you will understand what data feeds are and you will support the data Sales team in onboarding customers, replying to complex questions and assisting in troubleshooting codes using APIs.

    As you will contribute to product development, data science skills are extremely appreciated.

    What do you need:

    Minimum 2 years experience working in a Data Scientist role

    Experience with Python, SQL, APIs

    Troubleshooting

    Client-facing experience - here you will be supporting customers and answering queries

    Previous experience working closely with the sales team

    Interest in the financial industry and experience working with some of our client types or have a good understanding of our customer's workflows.

    High-level knowledge of Python, R, SQL or similar for analyzing large sets of data.

    Excellent communication and presentation skills that can adapt according to audience and situation.
