    Job Profile

    Our flagship Reeds Rains branch in Manchester City Centre are looking to recruit a highly motivated Lettings Negotiator on a full time, permanent basis. Established in 1868, Reeds Rains has the local knowledge and expertise to make the letting of a property as easy and straight forward as possible. We pride ourselves on our friendly staff who are always on hand to ensure the letting experience delivers a high-quality professional service.

    As a Lettings Negotiator working at Reeds Rains, we are proud to offer:

  • On Target Earning (OTE) between £22,000 and £24,000 per annum
  • A 5-day working week
  • 25 days holiday and bank holidays

    • In the role of a Lettings Negotiator you will be responsible for growing and developing the lettings business within the branch by:

  • Generating and conducting property viewings
  • Negotiating offers
  • Business Prospecting and proactive activity
  • Local market knowledge and networking
  • Displaying excellent customer service at all times

    • As a target driven individual you will ideally have experience within the estate agency industry. A full UK driving license is essential.

    This branch is independently owned and operated by FAVSCO23 under a franchise arrangement and is part of a national network of Reeds Rains branches.
