    To answer phone within 3 rings and follow phone etiquette according to Sofitel standards
    Know all menus and on going promotions in the outlet by heart and gives recommendations to guests upon request
    To provide high standard of quality and follow-up to ensure proper delivery time on time as well as speedy service
    To ensure that the room service area is kept clean and organized at all times
    Attend regular training session in line with the departmental SOP's i.e. guest care, product knowledge, grooming standards, telephone manners etc
    Perform tasks as per instructions from the immediate supervisor and as per duty schedule
    You've completed a hotel & catering course, and have gained a minimum of 2 years of hospitality experience
