    Are you an ambitious Trade Mark Attorney/Solicitor looking to elevate your career to the next level? Our client, a prestigious Intellectual Property firm based in the heart of the East Midlands, is on the lookout for an exceptional Trade Mark Director to join the dynamic team. This is a rare opportunity to step into a role that is designed for succession planning, with the successful candidate being fast-tracked to partner level.

    Our client is a well-established and highly respected IP firm, known for its innovative approach and dedication to providing top-tier intellectual property services. With a rich history and a vibrant team of professionals, it is committed to excellence and fostering a supportive environment where talent thrives. Key Responsibilities
    • Lead and manage the trade mark practice, ensuring excellence in service delivery
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and enhance the firms market position/liliProvide expert advice to clients on a wide range of trade mark issues/liliMentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning/liliParticipate in business development activities to attract new clients and build lasting relationships/liliContribute to the firms succession planning efforts, preparing for a seamless transition to an equity partner role/li/ul pRequirements:/pul liA qualified Trade Mark Attorney/Solicitor with 6 years PQE, although candidates with slightly less experience may also be considered/liliDemonstrated leadership skills and experience managing a team/liliA strategic thinker with a proven track record of growing and developing a practice area/liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with both clients and colleagues/liliA commitment to professional development and an interest in taking on leadership responsibilities within the firm/li/ul pApply online or contact Lee Townsend at G2 Legal today./ppstrong /strong/p
