We're looking for a Soft Services Supervisor to join our Staffordshire Police HQ Contract based on sites across North Staffordshire.

Location: Multi-site across North Staffordshire

Contract: Permanent - Full time.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Soft Services Supervisor, you'll be working within the facilities team, supporting them in day to day operational delivery of the area cleaning service operation. .

Your day to day will include:

Responsible for a team of cleaners on various sites.
The main duties will be day to day operational running of the cleaning contract.
Working closely with the onsite teams to ensure that the contract is delivering as it should be.

What are we looking for?

This role of Soft Services Supervisor is great for you if:

You have Soft Services / Cleaning Services Management experience.
You are able to understand contractual requirements, KPI's and Client/Stakeholder requirements.
You are familiar with all types of cleaning i.e. strip/seal, periodic cleans, high level, prestige and Hygiene
