    Our client is seeking a proficient Localisation Quality Assurance Project Coordinator . This role involves supporting and collaborating with vendor quality stakeholders, overseeing quality at the vendor level in cross-vendor engagements, and ensuring compliance with guidelines in cross-vendor communications.

    Job Reference: BBBH 25196 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Assist and collaborate with vendor quality stakeholders.
    • Supervise and maintain quality standards across vendors in collaborative projects.
    • Monitor cross-vendor communications to ensure adherence to guidelines and provide assistance as needed.
    • Facilitate the recruitment, testing, onboarding, and training of LQA specialists.
    • Support quality operations and processes, including translation feedback, linguistic asset maintenance, and LQA tasks.
    • Manage and prioritize inquiries from general vendor linguists.
    • Provide internal and external quality reports.
    • Maintain up-to-date internal trackers and share quality data with stakeholders as required.
    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
    • 3+ years of experience in localization project or quality management, preferably on the vendor side.
    • BA/BS in translation, linguistics or equivalent.
    • Experience with localization platforms, file formats, CAT tools, and translation management systems, such as SDL Trados Studio, Idiom WorldServer, or similar.
    • Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with culturally diverse audiences.
    • Exposure to Localization quality management best practices.
    • Additional language strongly desired.
    • Previous experience with cross-vendor communications in localization environments.
