    Компанія Ringostat шукає проєктного менеджера для координації напрямків розробки своїх продуктів.

    Твої скіли:
    Розуміння загальноприйнятих процесів R&D.
    Розуміння понять: SDLC, WBS, CPM/CPA/PERT, діаграми Ганта.
    Розуміння методологій управління проєктами: Agile, SCRUM, Kanban, Waterfall, Lean, Six Sigma, Prism, Prince2 тощо.
    Розуміння ролі Scrum-майстра.
    Розуміння та застосування патерну Walking skeleton при розробці проєкту.
    Досвід розробки RACI матриць.
    Досвід та використання Activity Diagram.
    Вміння будувати процеси пріоритезації завдань та внесення змін до пулу завдань.
    Орієнтація на результат.
    Стресостійкість.
    Організаторські здібності, уважність.
    Письмова грамотність.
    Позитивне ставлення до життя та роботи.
    Безконфліктність, нетоксичність.
    Вміння визнавати помилки та виправляти їх.
    Системне та аналітичне мислення.
    Здатність швидко навчатися.
    Вміння пояснювати складні речі простими словами.
    Команда чекає від тебе:
    Взаємодії з внутрішніми замовниками і зовнішніми інтеграторами.
    Узгодження задач, пріоритетів, вимог з замовниками.
    Формування, планування і виконання Roadmap проєкту.
    Проведення усіх SCRUM активностей, в т.ч. демо-презентацій.
    Фасилітації команди.
    Ведення проєктної звітності.
    Аналізу і управління ризиками на проєкті.
    Вирішення конфліктних ситуацій, врегулювання проблем.
    Отримання, ведення, затвердження застосунків/зовнішніх ключів.
    Ми пропонуємо:
    Оплату — ставку + щомісячний бонус. Це означає, що окрім фіксованої ринкової ставки ти ще маєш додатковий бонус на який можеш безпосередньо впливати.
    Повністю гнучкий графік роботи з можливістю починати робочий день із 8:00 до 10:00, та завершувати з 17:00 до 19:00.
    Можливість працювати повністю віддалено або в офісі (Одеса, Київ, Харків та Черкаси). Офіси автономні на випадок відключення світла.
    Індивідуальну та групову роботу з корпоративним психологом.
    Оплачувану відпустку — 18 робочих днів, 8 оплачуваних лікарняних на рік без довідок, та 11 державних вихідних.
    Компенсація 50% професійного навчання: курси, тренінги, вебінари і тд.
    Додаткові оплачувані day off, які надаються при настанні певних життєвих обставин.
    Наявність прозорої політики Subbatical (тривала відпустка на 1-3 місяці).
