    Finance Manager

    Location: Central London

    Competitive Salary: £75,000-£80,000

    The Opportunity:

    Finatal are working with a Venture Capital-backed, profitable healthcare services firm, in the search for a immediately available Finance Manager with a broad technical and commercial skillset. Reporting directly into the CFO, the right candidate will step-up into a Financial Controller role, with time, as the business scales. This growth could involve making acquisitions in the coming months. Accordingly, a candidate who is accustomed to the pace, rate of change and agility which is demanded in a scaling and leveraged asset is required.

    Role:

    • Reporting into the CFO and working very closely with the C-Suite.
    • Cashflow management.
    • Comprehensive budgeting across the organisation.
    • Forecasting, including 12 and 24-month forecasts.
    • Managing the banking relationships.
    • Supporting with board pack preparation.
    • Management of external and internal stakeholders.
    • Ownership of monthly reporting processes.
    • People management responsibilities.
    • Support the growth of the business and finance function.
    • Ad hoc tasks.

    Requirements:

    • Qualified Accountant - can be ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
    • Experience using Xero is desirable.
    • Experience managing cashflow.
    • Experience budgeting, forecasting and planning.
    • Experience navigating relationships with senior stakeholders.
    • Advanced skillset in Excel and rest of Microsoft Office suite.
