    Description
    • Mach den Bewerbungsprozess zum Erlebnis und steuere einen umfassenden end-to-end Recruiting-Prozess zur Begleitung unserer Kandidaten durch ihre Candidate Journey
    • Dazu verwendest Du passende Social Media Kanäle, Eventformate, Jobbörsen und weitere relevante Quellen zur aktiven Suche und Ansprache
    • Positioniere Dich durch Deinen professionellen Umgang als Sparringspartner für unsere Fachbereiche, indem Du durch Dein souveränes Auftreten und Dein Kommunikationstalent überzeugst
    • Stell eine positive Candidate Experience sicher, in der Du eingehende Bewerbungen sichtest, Termine für Interviews vereinbarst, Kompetenzen in Interviews prüfst und unseren Kandidaten einen Einblick in die Welt der GVL gibst
    • Du unterstützt uns bei der Entwicklung und Konzeption kreativer Recruiting-Strategien, da Du neueste Recruiting Trends verfolgst und gezielt einsetzt
    • Entwickle unsere KPI-Reportings (weiter), evaluiere diese und leite daraus passende Handlungsempfehlungen ab
    • Du besitzt ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Fokus auf HR/ Personalmanagement, Psychologie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation bzw. berufliche Erfahrung
    • Wünschenswert sind erste Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in der Personalgewinnung/im Recruiting
    • Du hast Interesse und Mut, Neues auszuprobieren und Themen nachhaltig mitzugestalten
    • analytische, kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie Problemlösungskompetenz und diplomatisches Geschick sind Deine Stärken
    • Du hast Freude daran, Prozesse und Abläufe zu gestalten, Deinen Arbeitsbereich eigenständig zu organisieren und kontinuierlich zu hinterfragen
    • Du verstehst Dich als absoluten Teamplayer und scheust Dich nicht davor, Deine Kolleg*innen jederzeit zu unterstützen
