    160over90 is seeking a Senior Account Manager who will be responsible for supporting development of the strategy, rights holder management and day-to-day activation related to a client's pan-European entertainment partnership.

    Day-to-day management of a client's sponsorship portfolio and activation around it with a focus on a pan-European entertainment partnership
    Interact daily with client and all appropriate agencies/properties to support sponsorship programming initiatives
    Develop comprehensive activation programmes around local & pan-Regional sponsorships keeping in mind multiple channels (PR, influencer, experiential, content, etc.)
    Assist in other areas of the account, beyond local sponsorships, as needed and as directed by the Account Director
    Liaise with client hub to support in activating their partnerships with clients and partners across Europe to ensure all sponsorship rights are fully utilised and leveraged to drive client business results
    Support the sell-in of the partnerships to the wider businesses of the client

    Responsible for the day-to-day management of a client's entertainment sponsorship, including interfacing with clients and brand teams, other account team members, and all appropriate agencies/properties to support sponsorship initiatives.

    Assist with the creation and implementation of materials to support sponsorship initiatives and client strategy, including preparing marketing activation presentations, guideline documents and materials to be presented to the client, their partners and relevant stakeholders
    Assist in the strategic development and implementation of sponsorship initiatives, including customized programmes/promotions with the client
    Coordinate with internal teams i.e. experiential, social, or regional sponsorship leads to ensure the client's brand are accurately represented, and managing projects related to entertainment
    Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
    Strong agency or client-based sponsorship account management experience in the sports and entertainment industries (specific disciplines could include, sponsorship marketing or event marketing)
    Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
    Managed the development and implementation of sponsorship marketing strategy and activation on behalf of client or company
    Leadership or Participation in sponsorship contract negotiations
    Excellent time management, written and oral communication skills
    Ability to travel 30% of the time (estimated)
    Proficient in MS Office Suite
    French/ Spanish/ Italian/ German would be a bonus.
