Description
They are seeking a talented and experienced Data Scientist to join the team and play a pivotal role in shaping their data strategy.
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems, build predictive models, and drive innovation through data-driven approaches.
Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve business problems and optimise processes.Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and validate model performance.
Work closely with product, engineering, and other stakeholders to integrate data-driven solutions into our products/services.
Interpret field and laboratory sensor data for detection and prediction.
D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
Proven experience (2+ years) as a Data Scientist or Data Engineering, preferably in a start-up environment.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, as well as experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques and algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, neural networks).
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau) and proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
