    Senior Adviser - Procurement + Hirgin now industry

    Job Profile:

    An opportunity for a Senior Manager / Advisor within the Procurement executive advisory is available for a procurement expert to guide senior executives. To be the trusted advisor offering best-in-class expertise in procurement strategy on key issues related to delivering business value, best practice adoption, and transformation of S2P processes and the procurement function to become a strategic business enabling team.

    Requirements:

    To develop thought leadership in global procurement, able to coach, and provide insight for research, specific subject presentations, virtually and in person also in webcasts and podcasts,

    In-depth and progressive experience in Procurement (e.g. category management, sourcing, supplier management & risk, purchasing)

    –Category management and Strategic Sourcing

    –Supplier & risk management

    –Sustainable procurement

    –Purchasing Operations

    –Procurement Technology for source to contract processes

    –Procurement Org. and Governance Design

    –Centre of Excellence Design & Implementation

    –Procurement Business Process Outsourcing

    Experience:

    Advisory Delivery – Responsible for delivering best practice advice and metrics to clients (C-suite, Directors, Heads of Centre of Excellence, CPOs) and successfully contributing to the renewal of the advisory memberships of those companies. Delivery is conducted virtually, over the phone and through email via the management of an inquiry pipeline. Requires leveraging existing IP, creating new IP and responding to client requests promptly.

    Key responsibilities:

    Help grow and develop the Procurement Transformation Practice. They are creating a clear Procurement vision and a Pragmatic Transformation Strategy, implementing Procurement Solutions and a Procurement Service Delivery Model. Key SkillsKnowledge: Global Procurement Transformation working with clients' large-scale digital business solutions at the C suite level. You will be viewed as a Procurement Advisory and Financial Systems subject matter expert.
