    This position is a key member of the Commercial Enablement Team. Helping to provide strategic and administrative support to the Commercial Team.

    This role will be responsible for managing training, documentation, communication, and project management, among other deliverables that arise to support the Commercial Team.

    Deliverables of this role range from providing frequent/relevant updates through meetings and documentation to the Sale team, performing frequent needs assessments to prioritize meaningful projects for the Commercial Team, maintaining a knowledge base and process documentation, serving as a Subject Matter Expert for the team across international products, collaborating with internal departments to serve as the voice for international needs.

    Examples of additional projects are supporting curriculum development, virtual trainings, and go to market project management.

    Become a subject-matter expert in all Virgin Pulse product and service offerings, partnerships, processes, and other support materials for the Sales, with a specific focus on international team.

    Develop, deliver, and update thorough training curriculum and documentation targeted towards the needs of the Sales team including but not limited to creative presentations, shared knowledgebase, online L&D modules, process flows, role plays, playbooks and competency tests.

    Coordinate with internal resources and/or third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

    Perform frequent team needs assessment with internal and external constituents to understand strengths and opportunities when creating and prioritizing projects.

    Measure training effectiveness using methods such as focus groups, surveys, and other creative ways to receive feedback.

    Assist in maintaining a searchable resource library (tagged with international application) for Sales and partners with internal departments to ensure their materials are accessible and up-to-date.

    Keep up to speed on SaaS (Software as a Service) Learning & Development best practices and apply those tactics to projects and presentations.

    Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or closely related field
    Demonstrated 5+ years' successful experience in client management/enablement, project management, and/or product training role. Experience with all aspects of training including curriculum design, effective training delivery, and comprehension assessment. Experience with online L&D software preferred.
    Experience managing multiple projects at once, resolving competing priorities, working swiftly under pressure, and meeting project deadlines.
    Proficiency in Salesforce
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically PowerPoint
    Experience with Content Management software and Salesforce
    Excellent communication and writing (technical and non-technical) skills

    Ability to understand complex technical product features/processes and synthesize into training materials that are easily understood and relevant to audience.

    In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from £38,400 to £48,000 .

    Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience.

    This position is eligible for [10%] target bonus/variable compensation as well as health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
