    Job Description

    We are actively seeking experienced SeniorProject Managers to support our client's expanding portfolio in the commercialsector. These roles encompass overseeing a variety of projects, ranging fromthose in occupied existing buildings, through to new developer buildingscompleted to either shell and core or category A specification.

    Due to our client's continued growth, thesepositions are crucial for the successful delivery of fit-out and relocationprojects for major corporate clients.

    The successful candidates will be responsiblefor providing leadership and comprehensive project management across all phasesof the project, with the objective of meeting the set cost, time, and qualitytargets. This client-facing role includes leading project teams, developingstrategies for clients, and facilitating the appointment of an extensiveprofessional team of both local and international consultants and contractors.

    Your responsibilities will include:
    • Developing and managing effectivecommunication and liaison with all relevant internal and external stakeholdersto ensure that requirements are identified, assessed and appropriatelyintegrated into the project.

    • Working with the client and reporting to theproject director, responsible for helping to establish the strategy anddelivery for the project.

    • Developing the client's brief, deliverystrategy and leading the design management, procurement and execution of thescheme.

    • Supervising and developing a team that strivesfor quality, safety, cost and schedule improvements at every opportunity withall delivery partners, challenging and seeking to improve the projectdeliverables.

    • Coordinating, planning and managing internaland external meetings in relation to the project.

    • Providing input into client system safety andproject risk assessment and management process.

    Requirements

    • Membership in a professional body or institute(e.g., RICS, CIOB, APM).

    • Experience in contract administration andproficiency with various forms of contract.

    • Digitally savvy with the ability to foster lastingclient relationships.

    • Skilled in creating and nurturing a team.

    • Proven delivery experience of corporate fit-outprojects, from either a construction or consultancy perspective within thecommercial sector.
