Base 51 is recruiting an Office Manager
(37 hours per week)
Salary: £23,000- £29,000 dependant on skills and experience (F/T)

The current Office Manager is moving on from Base 51 presenting an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join a multi-disciplinary team, passionate about supporting young people and enabling them to reach their potential. The post holder will be based at Base 51 HQ on Peachey Street in the City Centre of Nottingham.
The Office Manager's role is diverse, it will be accountable for the smooth running of the central administration function, the post-holder will work closely with the Senior Management Team, where they will work alongside a collaborative and dynamic team of Managers, they will also be required to provide administrative support to Trustee meetings and committees (managing calendars and taking minutes).
The post reports directly to the Chief Executive, and includes some Finance responsibilities, including book-keeping, petty cash, invoicing, it also includes some recruitment and HR responsibilities such as DBS checks and managing recruitment campaigns.
