    As a Restaurant & Coffee bar Supervisor at Sodexo working in Holyrood, Edinburgh , you will be a warm welcomer and give the right first impression.

    ~£45 per hour

    Be a vital part of the Front of house operation by supervising and ensuring our restaurant and coffee bar runs smoothly and efficiently on a day to day basis

    Be responsible for the opening and closing of the restaurant and coffee bar, ensuring all procedures are followed according to company policy.

    Manage stock inventory effectively
    Work with the wider catering team in order to provide excellent customer service
    Adhere to all H&S regulations (Such as food safety, allergen awareness, COSHH and HACCP regulations.)
    Improve the quality of life for those we are serving

    You will be able to comply with all Company & client policies and statutory regulations relating to Health & Safety, safe working practices, hygiene, cleanliness, fire and COSHH.

    Experience with Cash Reconciliation

    • You can ensure high standards of personal performance, hygiene, appearance and cleanliness at all times
    • You will participate in any necessary training and team meetings as required to complete job responsibilities to the Company's and Client's standards e.g. health & safety, food hygiene.
    • Experience with reporting customer complaints or compliments and taking some remedial action if at all possible.
    • You will report immediately any incidents of accident, fire, theft, loss, damage, unfit food, or other irregularities and take such or advice as may be appropriate.
    • You can comply with all Sodexo Company policies/procedures and client site rules and regulations
