    Description
    You will likeWinning work by Sales/Estimating/Design for Dartford/Kent region with design and installation specialist within warehouse storage sector.

    They are a tried and tested regional contractor with an excellent reputation and repeat customer base so you will be set-up for success You will likeThe Sales Estimator jobs where you will design, estimate, bid and win storage, racking & mezzanine projects with general contractors and direct commercial/retail clients.

    Daily you will be developing leads to produce quotations to achieve sales targets and attending site surveys to produce estimates using Auto CAD & Excel.


    More specifically:


    Surveying premises to provide a technical solution/quotation to clientsGenerating leads and booking appointments to discuss warehousing solutionsProviding a weekly and monthly sales plan to forecast sales figures.

    PS You will be taking over from a Gent who is retiring this year so you'll have chance to work alongside him and get proper training, succession plan and handover.

    You will haveTo be successful as Sales Estimator, ideally you will have 3-5+ years client facing experience in a technical sales role and a background in engineering, materials handling or the storage industries.


    Plus a healthy mix of the following:
    Apprenticeship /HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering or similarExcellent verbal & written communication and presentation skillsSelf motivated, proactive and career-minded.

    Hold a full UK Driving licenceYou will getAs Sales Estimator your OTE will be £70K+ with a competitive salary of £35K-£45K + Car/allowance + Package.
