    Description


    Join a NatureTech company who are on a mission to restore a million hectares of rainforest, sequestering CO2 and reviving indigenous biodiversity.

    They provide top-tier carbon and biodiversity credits for major global investors.

    As their Technical Lead for Carbon Asset Development, you will have primary responsibility for turning reforestation opportunities into registered and validated carbon removal projects.


    The Role at a Glance:
    Lead the carbon asset development activitiesLead all technical analysis of new and existing restoration forestry carbon projectsManage a growing team working on carbon asset development workstreamsCoordinate with in-country project development and forestry execution

    About You:

    Proven track record in forestry carbon project development or verification within a project developer, consultancy, standard-setting body or VVBStrong working understanding of carbon standards and methodologiesHands-on experience of the full validation process and familiar with project design documentation for Verra submissionAn understanding of the social dimensions of forestry projectsThis is an exciting time to join this science-focused integrated nature tech company having positive impact on nature, biodiversity and local communities.
