    Description

    Spares Export Administrator Monday to Friday, 8.45am - 5.15pm100% office based£27,000 to £31,000 DOECrawleyOur client, a leading maufacturing company is looking for a Spares Export Administrator to join their highly successful and growing company in CrawlyThis role will draw on yourr previous export and import experience, and will see you being responsible for: Processing ordersDiscussing order requirements, ensuring that product numbers are correctly identifiedPreparing quotationsChecking stock levels on the systemPreparing picking lists, dispatch notes, invoices, and export paperworkTaking calls and directing to the appropriate staff memberMaintaining up to date knowledge of all necessary export procedures and document requirements for goods being shipped around the world To be considered for this role, you must have experience in either - order processing / working in a role within import/export (export is preferable).

    If you have customer service experience and have a keen interest in the manufacturing and technical industry you may also be considered.

    All training on products will be given, so you must be able to learn and retain information on technical product.
