    Description

    You must hold a valid Full UK driving licence of 3 years in order to meet the needs of the service.

    Located in Llantrisant, Caerlan is a bespoke specialist service for people who are aged from 18 and upwards with autistic spectrum conditions and associated complex needs.

    We can also accommodate people who are 17 and are going through transition from children's services.

    This residential service is situated in an ideal location close to the town centre and within walking distance of local amenities.

    It's close to bus routes, train stations and motorways to Welsh cities such as Cardiff, Swansea and Newport.

    We are currently looking to grow our already established and dedicated team of support workers / care assistants at Caerlan, part of Priory Adult Care.

    As a support worker you will be supporting our residents with their day to day lives, encouraging them to live as independently as possible.
