    Compliance/Operations/PA, Investment Management, W1£40,000 - £45,000 + benefitsAre you an excellent all-round Administrator/Coordinator with financial services experience?Are you highly organised with amazing attention to detail and do you love to own your own projects and see them through to completion?If you looking for a role to call your own (but with guidance) that will cover multiple areas of business support – Legal & Compliance, Marketing, ESG and PA – then we'd love to hear from youA dynamic investment firm is growing fast and is looking for a brilliant new team member to fill this newly created role.

    What you'll be doing day to day:
    Tracking and assisting with KYC requestsHelping to arrange annual training for Compliance and ESGAssisting with collating information for quarterly compliance monitoring meetingsTracking regulatory returns and surveys, ensuring completed and filed on timeAssisting with ESG reportingHelping to maintain database for investor queriesLiaising with marketing and Investor Relations teams regarding marketing materialHelping to arrange events and roadshowsProviding CIO with administrative support; including arranging meetings and travel and some inbox managementHandling expensesThe skills you need to bring:Previous administrative experience in financial servicesMeticulous attention to detailGenuine team player approachDesire to learn and be part of a dynamic, growing teamAdvanced MS Office
