    Job Description:
    GLX FOOD LTD is seeking a skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team.

    The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Chinese cuisine and the hospitality industry, along with exceptional leadership and customer service skills.

    . The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with market rates.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee GLX FOOD LTD's restaurant and private club's food and beverage operations, ensuring high standards of quality, service, and safety.
    • Plan and develop menus in collaboration with the chef, focusing on authentic Chinese cuisine.
    • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the restaurant and club premises.
    • Develop and implement strategies to meet sales and profitability objectives.
    • Maintain a deep understanding of market trends and customer preferences.
    • Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
    • Train, supervise, and manage team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
    • Coordinate with the event planning team for private events and club meetings.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Manager, preferably in a restaurant specializing in Chinese cuisine.
    • Strong understanding of the food and beverage industry, including market trends and operational best practices.
    • Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese is a strong advantage.
    • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
    • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
