What is Sage IGNITE? Sage IGNITE is a two-year programme that will develop your skills in key technical capabilities including Product Thinking, Design Thinking, Agile Fundamentals, and Leadership. These skills will support your ability to adapt for the future and grow into future leaders of technology or teams. We are seeking a Graduate Product Manager, you will be an essential part of our dynamic product management team, contributing to the development, launch, and ongoing enhancement of our innovative products. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure our products meet customer needs, deliver exceptional value, and achieve business objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to learn and grow within a fast-paced, collaborative environment while shaping the future of our products. As a Graduate Product Manager, you will integrate and support a team of 5 experienced Product Managers owning the BMS cloud-native solution (Sage Active) targeted at medium businesses in the EU market (Germany, France, Spain intially)

    Key Responsibilities

    Degree in Product Management / Product Development / Business Management / IT & Software
    Structured and strategic thinking, action & outcome oriented
    Leadership, influence and decision capabilities
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Fluent in English
    Comfortable in collaborating across a multi-functional and international environment
    Good listener, understanding problems and translating them into powerful solutionsInnovation mindset, seeking and learning new technology opportunities Key Responsibilities: - PM team support in terms of ways of working
    - PM processes structure, automation, templatization, optimization, alignment
    - Data collection (surveys, feedback, installed base, results, etc), dashboard creation, KPIs tracking
    - Project / program management within PM team
    - Competitor and technology monitoring & sharing
    - BMS product internal evangelization / communication
