    Description
    You are fascinated with construction budgets, schedules and processes. Our Construction Coordinator will play a key role in keeping our multi-million projects on track.

    You will support the Construction Manager and Site Superintendent on all operations related to wood frame projects, alternating between at site work and at head office.

    You are a self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills.

    Creating tender packages, drafting trade contract agreements, documenting all management and control processes, and ensuring data integrity in Procore.


    • Draft trade contract agreements based on available templates
    • Prepare and track all contract agreements and change orders/directives for each assigned project until fully executed
    • Handle project administration, including cost control, schedule control and change order administration
    • Provide estimating assistance to the Construction Manager
    • Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to Construction Manager
    Completion of a post-secondary degree or diploma in Construction Management, Building Science, Civil Engineering, Architectural technology or related field

    • 2-3 years of direct project coordination experience, with construction management experience preferred
    • CAPM or PMP designation from the Project Management Institute (PMI)
