    Group ESG Risk Lead - GRC

    Location Remote - UK BasedContract: Permanent, Full timeSalary: £60,000 - £70,000

    The GRC Group are currently recruiting for a ESG & Risk Lead to join their team. They are seeking a dynamic 'hands-on' individual to oversee the design, implementation, and execution of an inclusive ESG and Risk framework across the group.

    About the jobThis role is based within the Strategic Delivery Team, reporting to the Integration Director. The role involves working across the six GRC divisions, so must be able to work collaboratively and sensitively with stakeholders at all levels. As a business built from multiple acquisitions, we have a complex landscape - so experience working with across a divisional structure essential, with international experience a bonus. The role itself will be diverse and have space for you to bring your own passion.

    About youThe ideal candidate for this role will be confident in their understanding of corporate risk; the corporate sustainability, governance, reporting landscape; and accreditation standards. They'll have a genuine desire for change that drives initiatives and a pragmatic hands-on approach.

    An effective communicator with strong leadership qualities is essential to work alongside business leaders and drive important change in this area.

    Where you'll be working

    The role will be remote but the candidate must be UK based and the role will involve some travel across our offices.
