    With a portfolio of luxury hotels across Scotland, our client prides themself on delivering outstanding service and maintaining the highest standards in all aspects of their operations.

    As a Stocktaker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate inventory management across all properties.

    This role offers a unique blend of on-site and remote work, providing flexibility and autonomy while contributing to the efficient operation of this hospitality business.

    Conducting regular stocktakes of both wet and dry inventory within their hospitality establishments.


    • Utilizing industry-standard stocktaking procedures and software to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
    • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies regarding inventory management and Scottish licencing law.
    Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data recording and analysis.


    • Proficiency in stocktaking software and Microsoft Office suite.
    • Flexibility to travel to various hotel locations across Scotland (Mon-Thurs) and work remotely on Fridays.
    • Valid driver's license with willingness to travel, with car allowance included in the salary package.
