Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and processing monthly payrollProcessing pension submissions on a monthly basisCompleting employee checksData for analysis and reportingDrafting HR correspondence and supporting with employee onboarding and offboardingAssisting with employee training bookings and recruitment processesSupporting with employee relations cases when necessaryMaintaining accurate employee data and filesAssisting with general HR admin tasks and projects The ideal candidate:Previous experience in a HR roleStrong knowledge of payroll is beneficialExcellent organisational and time management skillsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential informationProficient in using HR databases and systemsCIPD qualification (desirable)Office Angels acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
