    Apr 21, Sosafe is hiring a remote Field Marketing Manager UK/I.

    We're looking for a growth-driven, customer-focused Field Marketing Manager (m/f/d) for the UK/I region, fostering our position as a market leader to drive brand awareness, growth, and retention.

    The successful candidate (m/f/d) has experience in partnering with the direct sales plus SDR team and partnership teams, an extensive B2B marketing background, and a deep understanding of the region.

    Understand our UK/I buyer personas and shape of industries in the region to create and execute a regionally impactful marketing strategy and plan that strengthens our brand awareness as a market leader while also generating and accelerating new pipeline for UK/I.

    Developing and executing a broad range of integrated marketing programs including events (support), brand, vertical, and account-based marketing campaigns to support regional sales objectives.

    Work with media platforms, content syndication providers, associations and other external partners to promote existing campaigns and leverage potential for collaborative campaigns

    Partnering with the corporate communication team to deliver integrated plans in the region in line with the local strategy.

    Being the voice of the UK/I region for central marketing functions (e.g. brand, growth marketing, content marketing, and product marketing), create content yourself and collaborate to agree on priorities for the region
    2+ years B2B experience delivering and accelerating sales pipeline through field marketing
    ~ Robust understanding of the UK/I regions, its industries and mechanics, and also how to approach marketing to technology decision-makers (proficiency in the public sector is a plus)
    ~ Strong analytical skills with demonstrated capabilities in campaign measurement, analyzing and interpreting data
    ~ Experienced with sales and marketing automation, such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
    Excellent written communication and presentation skills – business fluent English communciation skills are required.
