    Senior Project Manager eruit?

    Als Senior Project Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstarten en vervolgens managen van merkveranderings- en verbeteringsprojecten voor gerenommeerde opdrachtgevers in zowel binnen- als buitenland. In je rol zorg je niet alleen voor een succesvolle implementatie op alle huisstijldragers – van digitaal tot het creëren van merkbeleving in en rondom gebouwen en andere offline merkdragers – maar ook dat deze continu worden onderhouden, beheerd en geëvalueerd.

    Je adviseert opdrachtgevers op strategisch én tactisch niveau. Bijzonder is dat je je eigen adviezen kunt toepassen en implementeren en dat je een merkconcept kunt omzetten naar de praktijk. Vanzelfsprekend ben je verantwoordelijk voor concrete resultaten met betrekking tot tijd, geld, informatie, organisatie en kwaliteit.

    Daarnaast heb je de volgende taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je werkt intensief samen met design-/communicatieadviesbureaus en opdrachtgevers (bedrijven, instellingen en overheden).
  • Je fungeert als adviseur en klankbord voor de opdrachtgever.
  • Je stuurt multidisciplinaire projectgroepen aan, participeert in stuurgroepen en maakt en onderhoudt je contacten met diverse (potentiële) leveranciers.
  • Samen met de Business Directors stel je projectgroepen samen.
  • Je stelt offertes en plannen van aanpak voor projecten op.
  • Je draagt verantwoordelijkheid voor de financiële beheersing van opdrachten.
  • Je coacht en begeleidt andere (meer junior) collega's in de vakgroep.
  • Je ziet en benut kansen om andere vormen van dienstverlening te ontwikkelen en te vermarkten bij onze opdrachtgevers.

    • Wie ben jij?

    In de afgelopen jaren heb je diverse merkveranderings- en verbeteringstrajecten begeleid. Nu is het tijd voor een volgende stap. Jouw profiel voldoet aan de volgende kenmerken:

  • Je hebt een afgeronde HBO/WO opleiding.
  • Je hebt tenminste 8 jaar werkervaring, in zakelijke dienstverlening en/of communicatie in soortgelijke functie.
  • Je hebt een zeer goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en schrift (Duits en Frans is een pre).
  • Je hebt kennis, ervaring dan wel affiniteit met corporate/brand identity en communicatie.
  • Je hebt visie op het vakgebied en je eigen ontwikkeling.
  • Je hebt leidinggevende ervaring en je kunt opereren op directie-, management en stafhoofden niveau.
  • Je hebt een analytisch- en probleemoplossend vermogen, werkt gestructureerd, hebt een organisatorisch vermogen en je kan omgaan met de dagelijkse dynamiek.
  • Je hebt uitstekende advies-, presentatie en communicatieve vaardigheden, bent empathisch en sensitief.
  • Je hebt commerciële affiniteit en een ondernemende geest en bent pragmatisch ingesteld.
  • Je bent accuraat, betrokken, pro-actief, stressbestendig en flexibel.
  • Je kan zowel als zelfstandig als in teamverband werken en delegeren.

    • Standplaats

    Ons hoofdkantoor is gevestigd te Hengelo. Daarnaast hebben wij een kantoor in Amsterdam. Als Senior Project Manager moet je bereid zijn om zowel op locatie bij de klant te willen werken als op één van onze kantoren. Goed om te weten is dat wij ook voor veel internationale klanten werken in binnen- en buitenland, dat betekent dat je ook tijdelijk in het buitenland zou kunnen werken.
