    Junior Client Relationship Officer - Hybrid 3 days on-site London EC3

    Salary range £23-30k DOE + bonus & benefits


    Job description:
    Business Development

    • To promote and support the aims of the Bank and the wider Group.
    • To develop and maintain an effective working relationship with the team to whom you report.
    • To cooperate with colleagues to promote an open and supportive environment.
    • To carry out your duties in a careful and professional manner.
    • To help expand the Banks's client base in a profitable and compliant manner.
    • To promote the Group generally to both existing and potential clients
    Customer Service

    • To ensure that client perception of the Bank remains good and presents a highly professional image to clients at all times.
    • Maintain indepth knowledge of the Bank's products and services.
    • Deal with client enquiries in a timely and efficient manner.

    Management and administration:

    • Manage the reception process for visitors to ensure that initial arrival procedures are carried out and they are introduced to the person they are visiting quickly and in a manner that gives an excellent impression of the organisation.
    • To assist in efficiently and politely receive incoming telephone calls redirecting them to the required person/department, so that calls are dealt with quickly and in a manner that gives an excellent impression of the organisation.
    • To coordinate the receipt and collection of hand delivered mail and courier packages ensuring that they are properly recorded and passed on to the addressee as quickly as possible.
    • Maintain the access security function to provide access cards for all members of staff in accordance with the requirements of their roles and within Group Policy.
    • Where necessary, provide administrative support to specified members of personnel to assist them in providing an accurate and timely response to their clients.
    • Maintain support services (including desk moves and changes, intranet telephone lists, voicemail messages) ensuring an uptodate operation.
    • Support other departments by understanding key tasks and providing support when required.
    • Provide administrative support necessary for both external and internal client meetings, i.e. diarising and provision of serviced meeting rooms, and liaising with external caterers if required.
    • In liaison with management, coordinate attendance and response to adhoc inhouse presentations.

    Experience must include:

    • A minimum of 12 months experience within Financial Services/Banking
    • Client Services administration
    • Special consideration to applicants who have Real Estate/Property Lending/Private Banking experience.
