    Retail Content and Activation Manager

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    As our Retail Content and Activation Manager you are responsible for spearheading the end to end customer journey across retailer touchpoints, ensuring a seamless activation of every initiative.

    Your main focus:

    Content Management & Delivery:

    • Lead the localisation, development and execution of retail toolkits for New Product Launches across key Coty brands. This encompasses crafting various assets such as product imagery, brand lifestyle visuals, social media assets, and SEO-driven copy, often originating designs from scratch either through direct collaboration with agencies or independently.
    • Collaborate closely with Global and Local brand teams to deepen understanding of retailer requirements and effectively communicate necessary support for seamless launches.
    • Partner with agencies to conceptualize, produce, and deliver compelling content tailored for retailer websites, CRM platforms, and social media channels as part of our continuous 'always on' strategy.
    • Work in tandem with retailer counterparts to ensure smooth product launches on their respective platforms, fostering strong collaborative relationships.
    • Responsible for meticulously maintaining the local asset management database, guaranteeing swift accessibility to all UK-specific content for both internal and external stakeholders. A meticulous attention to detail, coupled with a profound understanding of UK customer preferences, forms an integral aspect of their role.
    • Take full ownership of projects from inception to execution, ensuring the successful activation of brands during Key Consumer Periods (KCPs) such as Christmas, Mother's Day, and National Lipstick Day.

    Retailer Activation Management:

    • Responsible for overseeing all content-related spend, including the generation and management of purchase orders for agency payments and invoices, ensuring spend aligns to budgets.
    • Evaluate the performance of content initiatives and compile insightful presentations to share key learnings across cross-functional teams, informing the development of future toolkits.
    • Conduct thorough analysis of data, competitor activities, and customer trends to build insights that inform strategic decisions and potential opportunities for enhancing e-commerce sales.
    • Identify and quantify business opportunities aimed at growing e-commerce sales.

    The team consists of two Content and Activation Managers, a CRM, two E-Retail Media Managers and an Intern, and you will work closely together with several functions within the Sales and Marketing departments.     YOU ARE A COTY FIT

    As a Retail Content and Activation Manager, you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:

    • Have strong communication skills: Exhibiting confidence in both verbal and written communication, with a proven ability to cultivate strong working relationships internally within COTY and externally with retail partners and agencies.
    • Exceptional execution and attention to detail: Possessing a meticulous eye for detail and the ability to work methodically, remaining focused, flexible, and proactive in executing tasks.
    • Outstanding organisational abilities: Proficient in multitasking, thriving under pressure, and responding promptly to evolving demands.
    • Autonomy and initiative: Capable of working autonomously, taking ownership of tasks and proactively managing both personal and company agendas.
    • Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of strategic thinking, adept at translating insights into actionable strategies, influencing the ecosystem, and successfully navigating complex projects to success in prior roles
    • Experience in Photoshop is desirable and beneficial to the role, but not mandatory
