- Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, overseeing all aspects of project delivery, including planning, design, procurement, and construction.
- Work closely with clients to understand their project requirements and objectives, and ensure that these are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and resource plans, monitoring progress and performance against agreed targets.
- Coordinate and collaborate with design teams, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to ensure that work is being carried out to the required standards and specifications.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies and contingency plans as necessary.
- Provide regular progress reports to clients and stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, milestones, and areas for concern.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices on all construction sites.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders, acting as the main point of contact for project-related queries and issues.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in construction project management, within a consultancy environment.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office applications.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g. PMP, Prince2) are desirable.
