    Job Description

    What will you be doing?

    As a Systems Design Engineering Manager , you will join our Crawleyteam to support our activities within the UK Defencesector.

    Your main responsibilities will be:

    • Overseeing the design processes for up to military grade modifications with internal/external stakeholders
    • Responsible for ensuring that all requirements are understood, planned and accepted with stakeholders
    • Ensuring that all aspects of the systems design process arefollowed whilst thoroughly following all requirements needs to ensure all design reviews are successful according to stakeholder needs.
    • The full maintenance of project documentation
    • Responsible for the leadership and management of an engineeringteam

    Qualifications

    Experience, skills and qualifications required:

    • 5+ Years of Experience within Systems Engineering
    • Experience within Engineering Management
    • Experience within the UK Defence sector
    • Musthave/be able to obtain UK Security Clearance (SC)
    • Must have a Masters or Bachelors degree within a relevant field of engineering
    • You must hold the full right to work within the UK
