    Description
    Stephen James Consulting are looking for a full time Pre-School Manager to join a family run, boutique nursery.

    This newly formed business offers 25 places, operating from 07:30am - 06:30pm offering a diverse range of stimulating activities and experiences that promote language development, social skills, numeracy, and creative expression in the children.

    The Pre-School Manager should deliver management of the nursery, maintain the highest standards of childcare in the setting, provide leadership, training, mentorship, and development to the nursery staff team.

    You will have a positive relationship with parents, children, and colleagues, and ensure the settings policies and procedures are always adhered to.

    Adhering to the Policies & Procedures of the company and compliance with the Children Act, Health, and Safety legislation and within the guidelines of Ofsted and the National Standards.

    Supervising Nursery Nurses and Students and carrying out supervisory meetings where appropriate.
    Previous nursery management experience is essential.
    Minimum full and relevant LEVEL 3 in Early Years and Education.
    First class communication skills with children, parents, manager & staff Competent computer skills (email, Office etc.)

    Able to lead by example, providing the highest quality childcare, whilst providing support and leadership to the staff team.
