    Description
    We are delighted to be working closely with one of the leading healthcare providers in the UK. I'm looking to appoint a Home Manager for a fully compliant nursing home local to Oxford.


    Role:
    Nursing Home Manager (RGN)

    Hours:

    Full Time Salary:
    £50-£55k Location: OxfordKey ResponsibilitiesAs Home Manager, your role is the most senior position in the Home. Reporting into the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of running the home including ensuring the provision of the highest care standards, developing the home, increasing and maintaining occupancy and managing the budget. The role will also require you to lead an established staff team. Experience Required NMC Pin (Ideal, not compulsory)Substantial experience of managing a Care/Nursing Home and track record of managing and leading an established staff teamHigh level of care knowledge and strong communication, leadership, and organisational skillsPrior experience and understanding of person-centered careYou will have the ability to manage both the care and ancillary functions of a care homeExperience with Dementia careGood or Outstanding CQC RatingExperience of developing senior carers to deliver quality care and best practiceMonitor business performance and quality of care through routine auditBuilding effective relationships with local staffing teamCommitment to recruiting high calibre candidatesIdeally an NVQ/RMA Level 5 in Management and Leadership or a Registered Manager Award (or equivalent).If you are interested please apply.
