- Knowledge and experience of UK Optometric practice and industry.
- Commercial awareness/business acumen of the vision care market,
- Track record of consistently achieving desired goals and outcomes.
- Proven planning and implementation skills and experience.
- Proven project management skills which demonstrate flexibility/an ability to adjust to changing customers' needs.
