Import/ Export Coordinator required for required for a leading technology manufacturer who operate on a global basis. They are market leading in their industry. They offer a fast paced role and a great working environment.
The role would suit candidates an import, export or logistics administrator from a manufacturing . Applicants will ideally have a working knowledge of HMRC import and export legislation. To apply for the role, you must be IT literate.
The role is fast paced and varied and ultimately involves coordination of the import and export of goods via land, sea and air across the world. You will book shipments, collate all shipment paperwork inclusive of export licenses. You will assign haulage requirements of loads. Your role will involve the tracking of incoming goods and communicating the receipt of goods as well as the lead time to customers as to when the products will be sent back to them. Using the ERP system, you will input all necessary data accurately. Customer contracts will be reviewed and purchase orders will be done with delivery terms and shipping requirements
