    Aboutthis role

    As part of ourQuality &Complianceteam you will workingalongside passionate and innovative professionals to ensure ourcustomers achieve their goals.

    TheSenior QualityAdministratorworks closely with theteam to ensure the efficient management of all aspects of the QMSincluding training audit andlegal.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support work relatedto the development implementation and daily management of TFSQuality Management System (QMS) to ensure continuous qualityimprovement and compliance withlaws/regulations
    • Quality Control (QC) and loadQMS documents to MasterControl and work with the training team torelease training
    • Prepare and update theflowcharts within Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and otherQMS Documents
    • Track and manage QMS Documentrevisions
    • Track and manage training taskswithin the eQMS i.e. document archiving training setup trackingroutine reporting etc.
    • Manage the introductoryprograms for new staff i.e. QualityInduction
    • Manage 3rd party vendors for trainingclose collaboration with training associations clientsSMEs
    • Manage the ticketing system for theteam
    • Maintain (i.e. onboard/offboard) userswithin MasterControl; resetting eSig passwords asrequired.
    • Maintain OrganizationalCharts
    • Manager Auditor Access to MasterControland Palmyra asrequired.

    Qualifications:

    • University/collegedegree or equivalent industryexperience
    • Awareness of the clinical trialsarea / pharma industry including knowledge of GxPenvironment
    • MasterControl experience preferredor relevant systems experience
    • Highlyanalyticalprofessional with strong attention todetail
    • Proactive recognizing and anticipatingissues addressing problems and developing solutions
    • Good planning organisation and problemsolvingabilities
    • Ability to work independently andefficiently
    • Demonstrated ability to multitaskprioritize and complete objectives
    • Excellentproven oral and written communicationskills
    • Fluent in English both written andverbal
    • Advance user of MS Office applications(especially Word; Excel andPowerPoint)
