    Client Overview:

    Our client is a leading property services company dedicated to providing exceptional repair and renovation solutions, with a particular focus on care homes throughout the West Midlands.

    They prioritise delivering top-notch services to ensure the safety and well-being of their clients.

    Execute a variety of repair and renovation tasks in care homes, including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, and general maintenance work.


    Quality Assurance:
    Ensure that all repair and renovation work meets the client's standards of quality, safety, and compliance with regulations.

    Maintain effective communication with care home staff and management to understand their needs, provide updates on ongoing work, and address any concerns promptly.


    Multi-Trade Skills:

    Proficiency in multiple trades such as carpentry, plumbing, painting, and general maintenance, with a strong emphasis on carpentry or plumbing.


    Experience:

    Minimum of 3 years of experience in property maintenance, preferably in a care home or similar setting, demonstrating a solid understanding of repair and renovation processes.

    A valid driving licence is required, and access to own tools is preferred.
    This is a permanent position offering ongoing employment, along with a competitive salary, company van, and mileage allowance.
