    UI Technical Solutions LeadFullTime

    Job Location: RichmondVA/Norfolk VA/Atlanta GA/Mason OH (Day 1 Onsite Candidate needs towork from 3 Days at Client Office)

    Overall Experience level: 1012 years in IT withmin 5 years as a Technical Solutions lead

    Excellent experience in Web (Angular React) andMobile development(React Native) Java Node JS AWS Microservices

    Technical Leadership:

    Provide handson technical leadership guiding software developmentteams in the design and implementation of complexsystems.

    Stay abreast of industry trends andemerging technologies incorporating them into the technicalstrategy.

    Solution Architecture:

    Collaborate with stakeholders to understand businessrequirements and translate them into scalable and sustainablesoftware solutions.

    Architect and design robustscalable and maintainable systems considering performance securityand usability.

    Team Collaboration:

    Lead and mentor a team of software developers fostering acollaborative and innovative team culture.

    Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product managementquality assurance and operations to ensure seamless projectexecution.

    Project Delivery:

    Oversee the endtoend software development life cycleensuring timely and highquality delivery of softwaresolutions.

    Develop and maintain project plansmanaging resources effectively to meet projectmilestones.

    Technical Guidance:

    Provide technical guidance and support to team membersassisting in problem resolution and ensuring adherence to codingstandards and best practices.

    Conduct codereviews to maintain code quality and mentor team members incontinuous improvement.

    RiskManagement:

    Identify technical risks andchallenges early in the project life cycle implementing effectivemitigation strategies.

    Proactively addresstechnical issues ensuring minimal impact on project timelines anddeliverables.

    As aTechnical Solutions lead at UST Global this is your opportunityto

    Drive customer conversations to define therequirements and overall technical architecture and relatedsolutions

    Building and integrating informationsystems to meet the companys needs.

    Assessingthe systems architecture currently in place and working withtechnical staff to recommend solutions to improve it.

    Resolving technical problems as they arise.

    Create technical solution and architecture artifacts workproducts and presentation of solution with the customer.

    Deliver architecture recommendations based onrequirements and industry best practices

    Workwith Machine learning experts utilizing pattern recognition textmining clustering and AI

    Review functional andtechnical requirements raising potential issues and participatingactively in design discussions

    Develop reusableartifacts/frameworks reusable assets industry solutions referencearchitecture design development and QA best practice

    Collaborating with Customers and Product Marketing /Management teams to identify opportunities that can be exploitedthrough great software features. Work closely with Product OwnersScrum Masters Senior Business Analysts and other clientstakeholders

    Working as a member of a designbuild and test agile team continuously releasing newfeatures

    Mentoring people on yourteam

    Provide technical guidance and leadershipthroughout the project lifecycle.

    Work closelywith engineering teams to understand technical complexities anddrive solutions.

    Youbring:

    1012 years ofProven experience in engineering and software architecturedesign

    Expert level experience with businessand technical applications.

    Sound knowledge inmultiplatform

    Ability to mentor others leadmultiple or large projects and provide troubleshooting supportProficient in one or more designoriented and functional programminglanguages

    handson development and coderefactoring experience

    Should be familiar with(Scaled) Agile framework and experience in evolutionary design anddevelopment processes

    Should be well versedwith Enterprise integration patterns and experienced in securityand performance focused solutions

    Should befamiliar with web standards (HTTP Web Sockets cookies asset loading/ caching) including protocols and web server optimizationtechniques

    Good understanding of principles ofaccessibility and User Experience.

    Experiencein Continuous Delivery and TDD

    Excellentexperience in Web (Angular React) and Mobile development(ReactNative) Java Node JS AWS Micro services

    Stronganalytical problem solving and conceptual design skills

    Demonstrated understanding of Algorithms Data StructuresObject Oriented Design Databases (SQL / NoSQL).

    Typescript JavaScript React JS ReactNative Node JS and Java development experience

    Experience with RESTful Web Service Design

    Experience with Azure AWS or other Cloudbased PaaS/SaaSenvironments
