    We are seeking a proven, tactical, and strategic Sales Leader to manage a team of Account Executives covering the UK region across Emerging Small-to-Medium Business customers, based from our EMEA Sales hub in Dublin, Ireland.

    You'll be a valuable contributor to sales strategy while providing definition and implementation to help Account Executives generate pipeline and driving transformational projects with our customers and prospects
    Ongoing mentorship and development of a sales team which includes recruiting, hiring, and training new Account Executives on the sales process
    Report on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management
    Consistently monitor the sales activity of the team, and track the results
    Possess an analytical and data-driven approach to your business with a strong sense of leadership and motivating teams
    Software/Technology sales experience in an individual contributor and management role, including circa 2 years of sales management experience
    Successful track record in a high-volume transaction sales environment
    Ability to hire and train new sales representatives
    Ideally, prior experience working with Software/Infrastructure/Platform (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS) solutions
    Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
