Keep our fleet running smoothly through efficient administration.Manage loading and defleeting of daily rental vans. Complete monthly fleet location audits. Manage fleet shared mailboxes professionally and promptly.
Collaborate with Fleet Supply & In Life Manager and Stock & Supply Manager. Liaise with Assistant Fleet Manager, External Suppliers, Sales & Customer Regional Managers, and Rental Managers.
Analyse data from rental systems and third-party portals
Education, Training, & Experience:
Rental and fleet management experience in the automotive industry. Experience in fleet management and producing management information. Good vehicle brand knowledge and features.
Strong organisation and planning skills. Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
