    Data Governance Lead | Permanent | £80,000 - £100,000 + Bonus + Pension | London/Home working

    In order to be shortlisted for this role it is essential:

    • You have experience in Collibra
    • You have insurance experience
    • You are eligible to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship, now or in the future (sadly the client are unable to sponsor work visa's)

    Join this market leading Global Insurance company as the new Global Lead for Data Governance and help define the strategy and implementation of the Data Governance Framework and roll out of collibra, the organisations chosen Data Dictionary / Business Glossary technology on a global scale You'll love the challenge of embedding a data enabled culture and robust data management practices.

    Leading the roll out of Collibra globally and driving the associated change, data standards, definitions and data governance framework. You must have worked with Collibra or similar tooling int he past as well as having strong specialty insurance experience.

    Where you'll work

    Global Insurance Company

    Within the global Chief Data Office under the guidance of a well known successful data leader

    Working with a Strong Data Management capability as they embark on a global data transformation federating out data management practices and technology.

    The experience you'll need

    Data Governance experience end to end within an insurance domain

    Experience with Data Governance tooling - Collibra and navigating the challenges of rolling out such a technology on an enterprise scale

    Experience of evolving and embedding a robust Data Governance framework, including Data Ownership, Data Stewardship, Controls, standards and processes.

    Experience working with a large and complex business in the insurance domain
