    Head of EMEA - Data Centers

    As the Head of EMEA Data Centers, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, overseeing operations, and driving business growth in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) region.

    You will play a critical role in managing relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring operational excellence, and contributing to the overall success of the organization's data center business.

    London / EMEA
    Develop and execute the strategic vision for the EMEA Data Centers division, aligning with overall corporate objectives.
    Provide guidance on market trends, competitive intelligence, and emerging technologies.
    Identify and pursue new business opportunities for data center expansion within the EMEA region.
    Ensure the efficient and reliable operation of all data center facilities in the EMEA region.


    Financial Management:
    Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and performance metrics.


    Regulatory Compliance:
    Stay abreast of regional regulations and compliance requirements affecting data center operations.
    Ensure all facilities adhere to legal and regulatory standards.
    Build and lead a high-performance team, providing guidance and support to achieve business objectives.
    Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that encourages innovation and collaboration.
    Drive customer satisfaction by maintaining a strong focus on service quality and reliability.


    Risk Management:
    Identify and mitigate operational, financial, and strategic risks associated with data center operations.
    Develop and implement risk management strategies to safeguard business interests.
    Evaluate and implement innovative solutions to enhance the competitiveness of data center offerings.
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
    Extensive experience in senior leadership roles within the data center industry, particularly in the EMEA region.
    Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale data center operations and driving business growth.
    Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control.
    In-depth knowledge of data center technologies, infrastructure, and industry standards.

    Actual compensation offered will be finalized at offer and may be based on skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic location.

    The work for this position will be conducted in an office environment.

    The role may require maintaining a stationary position for extended periods of time, operating a computer and other office productivity machinery, attending to tasks for extended periods of time, and communicating accurate information effectively and efficiently.
