Description
We have a fantastic vacancy for a proactive and enthusiastic ER Partner to join the Employee Relations team on a 12-month fixed term contract. As an ER Partner, you will provide support, coaching and advice to deliver an effective employee relations and HR service to Regional Operations Managers, Area Operations Managers, General Managers and Team Members, working within our managed house estate.
We are looking for someone who can effectively partner with people managers, providing ER support, whilst effectively challenging and influencing stakeholders at all levels. Building strong working relationships will be essential to enable you to take ownership of dispute resolution and long-term sickness and to ensure strong employee relations through providing effective, efficient, responsive and commercial support. Whilst every week differs as it will be determined by current case load and business need, a typical week will include a mixture of working in our pubs, working in our Wolverhampton-based office, and working from home. You will need to be able to travel and to manage your own diary to suit business needs. You will be provided with a car allowance to support you in your role.
