    SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER, BOOTS FOR THE PHARM (PART OF VMLY&R, WPP)

    ASAP start - September
    2 days per week in our South Bank Office


    We are looking for ATL/TTL Project Managers - pure digitral experience will not be considered

    We are The Pharm:

    an integrated, multi-specialty service and consulting model where we work with our client Walgreens Boots Alliance in partnership towards one shared mission: to help people across the world lead healthier and happier lives.

    You are a detail orientated person who is experienced in managing integrated projects with medium-large scale productions and multiple layers of complexity.

    Key driver of end to end project cycle from brief, to strategy, to creative development and finally production and supply.

    Owner and author of project documentation including SoW, integrated timing plans, budgets.
    Drives delivery process including the coordination of our production partners in managing project plan including:
    Reconciliations
    Asset management ownership – sourcing, organising and sharing assets as required

    Be the go-to person on your projects for colleagues and client, who knows exactly where in the process we are and the next steps
    Act as a central point for the integration of PR and Media into shared project planning
    Creative Partnership
    Collaborate with creative teams to shape and craft the creative idea into reality
    Champion creative and push the craft levels with each and every campaign
    in end to end integrated project management
    experience in production across TV, Film, Social, Digital and Print
    for beautiful creative and an ambition to grow and develop
    time management and organizational skills
