    WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR ...
    This is afantastic and exciting opportunity for an experienced chef to take on a challenge.
    The successful candidate willdemonstrate a passion and flair in the culinary space. They will have solidexperience in a similar role with a comprehensive knowledge of kitchenoperations and proven track record in successfully working with a large kitchenbrigade.
    We're looking for people with a true passion for food with the abilityto deliver a consistent product within a high-volume environment whilst keepingyour cool when the pressure's on.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO ...
    Youwill ensure all Restaurant requirements and some Banqueting are dealt with inan orderly and accelerated manner as well as assisting the Head Chef andalways acting in accordance with Health & Safety legislation. You will make certain that all stock iscorrectly labelled and rotated and ensure the kitchen is clean at anygiven time and liaising with the Stewarding team for all cleaning requirements. You will handle all complaints swiftly andefficiently and logging in handover book and guarantee that all food itemsthat are purchased are received and checked against the invoice, then stored inthe correct manner.
